应用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)、酶联免疫印渍试验(ELIB)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对四种不同地理株弓形虫-CN、RH、BH、HH速殖子细胞质、细胞膜和代谢抗原组分及株间抗原差异、免疫反应性进行比较研究。ELIB实验结果:RH株高免兔血清与四株细胞质抗原反应,分别出现10、7、4、6条显色的反应区带,其中在35~38kD处都出现极明显的反应区带;与四株细胞膜抗原反应,分别出现5、6、6、9条显色反应区带,其中在31~35kD处都出现极明显的反应区带;与四株代谢抗原反应,分别出现8、7、6、7条反应区带,其中在50kD处、100~108kD处都有明显反应区带。实验结果提示,高免兔血清与四株12种抗原反应结果所出现的区带存在不同程度差异。ELISA检测免疫比值(P/N)大小比较结果表明,无论是细胞质、细胞膜或代谢抗原,在检测人弓形虫抗体阳性血清时,HH、BH较CN、RH的免疫比值高,株间抗原免疫反应似存在一定差异。
Toxoplasma gondii - CTN, RH, BH, HH Tachyzoites cytoplasm, cell membrane and metabolic antigen components and differences between the antigen, immunological reactivity were compared. The experimental results suggest that there are different degrees of bands appeared in the results of high immune-free rabbit serum and four strains of 12 antigens. The results of ELISA showed that the immune ratio (P / N) of HH and BH was higher than that of CN and RH in the detection of Toxoplasma gondii antibody-positive sera, both cytoplasm, cell membrane and metabolic antigen. There may be some differences.
