为使水泥混凝土桥面SBS同步碎石防水粘结层在25℃修正强度最大化,首先采用桥面温度模型对气温、桥面及防水粘结层处温度差异性进行对比;其次,对该防水粘结层强度最大化配比设计及其粘结、抗剪强度对不同温度条件敏感性进行分析。研究表明:层间强度对温度极为敏感,同一气温对应的粘结层处温度及桥面温度下检测的强度将分别下降38%、80%,因此应采用防水粘结层处温度作为强度检测条件。建立的粘结、直剪、扭转剪切强度回归模型与试验检测结果相关系数达0.94,并通过强度修正系数Ki以及P25强度修正模型将不同温度下强度修正为25℃时防水粘结层强度值,最后,确定在标准条件下1.5kg/m2SBS改性沥青与13kg/m210~15mm碎石时防水粘结层修正强度达到最大。
In order to maximize the revising strength of the SBS synchronously graded waterproof and water-resisting cementitious layer at 25 ℃, the temperature difference between bridge deck and water-proof adhesive layer was first compared with the bridge deck temperature model. Secondly, The maximum strength of the adhesive layer ratio design and its bonding, shear strength of the sensitivity of different temperature conditions were analyzed. The results show that the interlaminar strength is very sensitive to temperature. The temperature at the cohesive layer corresponding to the same temperature and the measured strength at the deck temperature will decrease by 38% and 80% respectively. Therefore, the temperature at the waterproof adhesive layer should be used as the strength detection condition . The correlation coefficient between the regression model of bond, direct shear and torsional shear strength and test results was 0.94, and the strength of the waterproof adhesive layer was corrected by the strength correction coefficient Ki and P25 strength correction model at 25 ℃ Finally, it is determined that the correction strength of the water-proof adhesive layer reaches the maximum under the standard conditions of 1.5 kg / m2 of SBS modified asphalt and 13 kg / m2 of 10 to 15 mm of gravel.
