随着武汉市城市规模的不断扩大,城市各项功能不断演变和强化,居民对生活质量和环境质量要求不断提高,大规模高质量地推进城市基础设施建设成为武汉市发展的重点。根据19个副省级及以上城市的人口、面积、GDP等城市基础指标,运用聚类分析法分析城市发展水平,并以武汉市2016年预测GDP作为基准,选择6大城市可比较的年度,从城市交通、污水处理和绿化等主要城市基础设施,比较分析武汉市2016年城市基础设施建设的承载力。研究认为武汉、沈阳、大连、成都、南京、杭州等大城市正处于加速发展阶段,与上海、北京、天津、重庆、广州、深圳等6大发展较快城市相比,武汉市城市交通、污水处理和绿化等主要城市基础设施落后,远远不能满足其经济社会发展需要。因此,武汉市未来“十三五”规划还应加大城市基础设施投资,提高其承载力。
With the continuous expansion of the city scale in Wuhan, the urban functions have evolved and intensified. Residents’ demands for living quality and environmental quality have been continuously improved. The promotion of urban infrastructure construction on a large scale and high quality has become the focus of Wuhan’s development. Based on the urban basic indicators such as population, area and GDP of 19 sub-provincial cities and above, the cluster analysis method is used to analyze the urban development level. Based on the predicted GDP of Wuhan City in 2016 as a benchmark, six comparable major cities can be selected, From the city traffic, sewage treatment and afforestation and other major urban infrastructure, a comparative analysis of Wuhan city in 2016 urban infrastructure construction capacity. The study shows that the big cities such as Wuhan, Shenyang, Dalian, Chengdu, Nanjing and Hangzhou are in an accelerated stage of development. Compared with the 6 fastest-growing cities in Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, Outdated infrastructure in major urban areas, such as handling and afforestation, is far from meeting the needs of its economic and social development. Therefore, the future of Wuhan City, “13th Five-Year Plan” should also increase urban infrastructure investment and increase its carrying capacity.
