中学生数学学习的心理问题,是指影响、制约、阻碍中学生积极主动和持久有效地学习数学知识、训练创造性思维、发展智力、培养数学自学能力和自学习惯的一种心理状态,也即是中学生在数学学习过程中因“困惑”、“曲解”或“误会”而产生的一种消极心理现象。心理问题严重地阻碍着数学教学的正常进行,不但影响学生数学成绩的提高,而且影响学生的身心健康。因此,我们数学教师要不断加强教育理论的学习,及时准确地掌握学生的思维状况,改进教法,引导学生自觉消除数学学习的心理问题,使他们真正成为学习数学的主人。

Therefore, we mathematics teachers should continue to strengthen the study of educational theory, timely and accurate grasp of the students’ thinking, improve teaching methods, and guide students to consciously eliminate the psychological problems of mathematical learning so that they truly become the masters of learning mathematics.
