石化行业中泵用机械密封的使用非常普遍,而机械密封副端面的温度对密封装置的安全和稳定起着重要的作用。为了模拟实际工况下密封副端面温度场的变化,利用ANSYS13.0建立了密封环的有限元模型,分别设置了三组不同的端面比压值和宽度值进行温度场的分析,然后对三组数据进行了对比和总结,得出结论:机械密封环端面最高温度随着端面比压的增大而升高,随着端面宽度的减小而降低;该结论对机械密封的安装与选型提供了参考。
The use of mechanical seals for pumps in the petrochemical industry is very common, and the temperature of the secondary end faces of the mechanical seals plays an important role in the safety and stability of the seals. In order to simulate the change of the temperature field of the seal secondary end face under actual working conditions, a finite element model of the seal ring was established by using ANSYS13.0. Three different sets of end pressure value and width value were set respectively for temperature field analysis. Then, The data of the group are compared and concluded that the maximum temperature of the end surface of the mechanical seal ring increases with the increase of the specific surface pressure and decreases with the decrease of the width of the end surface. Provided a reference.
