目的探讨嗜肺军团菌感染对机体血清白细胞介素(IL)12水平及免疫功能的影响。方法 BALB/C小鼠,实验组(又分1、2、3、4周组,n=15,各周第3天时间点观察),腹腔内注射含有嗜肺军团菌菌液0.2ml(1×106/ml),对照组(n=15),腹腔内注射无菌生理盐水0.2ml。分别在感染第1~4周内的相应时间点,采集小鼠血清,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)观察血清IL-12水平的动态变化。结果感染嗜肺军团菌后第1、2、3和4周内的第3天BALB/C小鼠血清IL-12水平分别为(16.16±3.18)、(15.48±3.22)、(16.96±3.43)和(18.12±3.41)μg/ml;对照组相应时间点血清IL-12水平分别为(19.01±3.49)、(19.17±3.95)、(19.58±3.64)和(18.86±3.32)μg/ml;实验组与对照组比,第1~3周差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而第4周差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);嗜肺军团菌感染后前2周血清IL-12水平下降,第2周达到最低,第3周有上升趋势,第4周基本恢复到正常水平。结论嗜肺军团菌感染后对机体免疫功能早期下降,后期逐渐恢复。
Objective To investigate the influence of Legionella pneumophila infection on serum interleukin (IL) 12 level and immune function. Methods BALB / C mice were randomly divided into experimental group (1, 2, 3, 4 weeks group, n = 15, observed on the 3rd day of each week), intraperitoneal injection of 0.2ml × 106 / ml), control group (n = 15), intraperitoneal injection of sterile saline 0.2ml. Conclusion Legionella pneumophila infection in early immune function decreased, the late recovery.
