本文介绍了呼和浩特炼油厂蒸馏塔顶防腐情况。主要对新型DY型复合缓蚀剂的试用过程、使用效果作了详细说明。结果表明，DY型缓蚀剂明显优于单一型4502剂，且可取代塔顶注氨，具有中和酸性腐蚀介质、在设备内壁形成防护膜的双重功效，降低了劳动强度，所注剂量对石油产品无不良影响。
This article describes the Hohhot refinery distillation top anti-corrosion situation. Mainly on the new DY-type composite corrosion inhibitor trial process, the use of effects were described in detail. The results showed that the DY type corrosion inhibitor is obviously superior to the single type 4502 agent and can replace the ammonia injection on the top of the tower. It has the double effect of forming a protective film on the inner wall of the equipment and neutralizing the acidic corrosive medium, reducing labor intensity. No adverse effects on petroleum products.
