近代由于有机磷杀虫药的广泛使用，导致急性有机磷中毒事件屡见不鲜。在临床急诊中，对有明确毒物接触史的中毒患者，均能及时诊断及治疗，但接触史不详，临床表现不典型者，容易误诊，延误治疗。现将我院急诊科1996年1月～2005年1月收治的39例急性有机磷农药误诊患者报道如下。
