目的:研究光质对毛脉酸模根中次生代谢产物白藜芦醇及其苷的影响。方法:通过红色、蓝色、绿色、黄色滤光膜对毛脉酸模进行遮膜处理。采用高效液相色谱法对毛脉酸模根中的白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷的含量进行测定,并进行了方差分析。结果:一年生红膜处理中白藜芦醇及其苷的含量显著性高于遮荫组及日光组;二年生日光组及遮荫组中白藜芦醇及其苷的含量显著性高于滤光膜处理组。结论:红膜处理显著提高一年生毛脉酸模根中白藜芦醇及其苷含量,这将为中药种植及天然药物的开发提供新的思路及理论基础。
Objective: To study the effect of light quality on the resveratrol and its glycosides of secondary metabolites in root of Rumex gmelinii. Method: Cover the hair veins with red, blue, green and yellow filters. The contents of resveratrol and polydatin in the root of Rumex gmelinii were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and analyzed by ANOVA. Results: The contents of resveratrol and glycoside in annual red membrane were significantly higher than those in shading group and sunlight group. The content of resveratrol and glycoside in biennial sun group and shade group was significantly higher than that of filter Membrane treatment group. CONCLUSION: The red membrane treatment significantly increases the content of resveratrol and its glycoside in annual root of ramelin, which will provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the development of traditional Chinese medicine planting and natural medicine.
