为了满足齿轮箱远程监测与分析的要求,设计了以TMS320F28335为核心处理器的在线监测系统。该系统可以脱离上位机直接运行,利用F28335的高性能的数据处理能力,结合丰富的外围模块,实现了对齿轮箱的信号采集,信号传输,信号处理分析,输出结果一系列功能。针对机电设备采集数据量大,计算缓慢,分析结果不准确等因素,采用粒子群优化神经网络嵌入DSP中齿轮箱的在线故障诊断。使用监测系统对JZQ250型齿轮箱进行测试,表明系统能够实现长时间在线监测,并能正确识别故障。
In order to meet the requirements of gearbox remote monitoring and analysis, an on-line monitoring system based on TMS320F28335 is designed. The system can be run directly from the host computer, the use of F28335 high-performance data processing capabilities, combined with a wealth of peripheral modules to achieve the gear box signal acquisition, signal transmission, signal processing analysis, the output results of a series of functions. In view of the large amount of data collected by electromechanical equipment, slow calculation and inaccurate analysis results, the on-line fault diagnosis of gearbox embedded in DSP with particle swarm optimization neural network is adopted. The use of monitoring system to test JZQ250 gearbox, indicating that the system can achieve long-term online monitoring, and can correctly identify the fault.
