本文讨论了腐植酸类钻井泥浆添加剂腐植酸钠(HA—Na)、SPNH、Resinex及其主要组份对(土般)土颗粒的Zeta电位、粒度及其分布以及泥浆性能的影响,考察了HA—Na、SHA—Na在(土般)土上的吸附,并用静电、空间和新型的排空稳定化理论对实验结果给出了合理的解释。腐植酸类添加剂在(土般)土上的吸附量很小,但添加剂的加入较大地增加了Zeta电位的绝对值,促进了浆中粒子粒度的均匀分布,并且在高温和加盐情况下仍能维持浆液胶体体系的稳定,改善了泥浆性能。我们认为这类添加剂在泥浆中的作用是通过几种方式共同完成的,未被吸附的大分子在改善泥浆性能中起了重要作用。
In this paper, the effects of HA-Na, SPNH, Resinex and their major components on the zeta potential, particle size, distribution and mud properties of humus drilling mud additives (HA) -Na, SHA-Na adsorption on (soils) soil, and gives a reasonable explanation for the experimental results by the static electricity, the space and the new theory of emptying stabilization. Humic acid additive adsorbed on (soil) soil is very small, but the addition of additives greatly increased the absolute value of Zeta potential, and promote the uniform distribution of particle size in the slurry, and in the case of high temperature and salt addition It can maintain the stability of slurry colloidal system and improve the mud performance. We believe that the role of these additives in the mud is accomplished in several ways, with unadsorbed macromolecules playing an important role in improving mud performance.
