1985年,部、省属企业大量下放中心城市,到年底,贵阳市机械电子工业局所属企业已由21个增至68个,设备拥有总数由 2 453 台增至20 887台,总复杂系数达814 551。各企业设备管理水平悬殊较大,怎样对企业设备开展宏观管理并逐步提高其设备管理水平,做到真正为企业服务?我们想:有改革作动力,争取各级领导的支持和帮助,紧紧依靠广大企业作我们的强大后盾,我们的工作一定能逐渐地做得好起来。 为了了解掌握和熟悉全系统设备管理工作情况,1986年初,我们组织了部分企业的设备
In 1985, the ministry and provincial enterprises decentralized their central cities. By the end of the year, the number of companies affiliated with the Guiyang Machinery and Electronics Industry Bureau had increased from 21 to 68, and the total number of equipment owned had increased from 2,453 to 20,887, with a total complexity factor of 814 551. The management level of each enterprise’s equipment is very different. How do you conduct macro-management on enterprise equipment and gradually increase its equipment management level so that it can truly serve the enterprise?
