以“礼泉富士”苹果嫁接在8种矮化中间砧为试材,研究了不同矮化中间砧对叶片叶绿素含量及光合特性的影响。结果表明:不同矮化中间砧对叶绿素含量及其比例间产生明显差异性影响,叶绿素a含量以‘M26’最高,为1.032mg·g~(-1)FW;类胡萝卜素则以‘MM111’含量最高,为0.597mg·g~(-1)FW;而叶绿素a/b则以‘SH9’最高,为4.076,但三者均以对照最低,分别为0.651 mg·g~(-1) FW、0.345 mg·g~(-1) FW、2.427;叶绿素b含量以‘GM256’最高,为0.286mg·g~(-1)FW,‘SH9’最低,为0.240mg·g~(-1)FW,比对照低10.448%,各处理间具有显著性差异;净光合速率(Pn)以‘Mark’最高,为20.552CO2μmol·m-2·s~(-1),而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)以‘SH9’最高,为489.581CO2μmol·mol~(-1),蒸腾速率(Tr)各处理间无显著性差异,但Tr和气孔导度(Gs)均以对照最低,且具有显著性差异,各砧木对“礼泉富士”苹果幼树叶片光合特性的影响以‘M26’和‘Mark’最为显著。
The effects of different dwarfing interstocks on chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of leaves were studied using “Liquan Fuji” apple grafted on eight kinds of dwarfing interstocks. The results showed that different dwarfing interstocks had significant difference on the content of chlorophyll and its ratio, the content of chlorophyll a was highest at ’M26’, which was 1.032mg · g -1 FW, while that of carotenoid was ’MM111’ The content of chlorophyll a / b was the highest, which was 4.097 mg · g -1, while the chlorophyll a / b was the highest, which was 4.076, but the lowest was 0.651 mg · g -1 FW , 0.345 mg · g -1 FW and 2.427 respectively. The content of chlorophyll b was the highest in ’GM256’, 0.286 mg · g -1 FW, and the lowest in ’SH9’ was 0.240 mg · g -1 FW, which was 10.448% lower than that of the control. There was a significant difference among treatments.
