随着我国市场经济的快速发展,在人才流动日益频繁的背景下,用人单位对人才信息的需求也在日益增长。由于受传统人事档案管理体制的影响,用人单位只能通过毕业证、简历等有关证件来掌握流动人才的相关信息。近年来,随着网络技术的发展和应用,使人事档案管理工作的服务内容和形式发生了改变,建设人事档案信息服务网络已经成为一种趋势。本文通过分析目前人事档案管理工作中存在的问题,为人事档案信息服务网络的建设提出相应的建议措施。
With the rapid development of the market economy in our country, the demand for human resources information by employers is also growing under the background of increasingly frequent mobility of talents. Due to the impact of the traditional personnel file management system, employers can only grasp the relevant information of migrant workers through diplomas, resumes and other related documents. In recent years, with the development and application of network technology, the service contents and forms of personnel file management have changed. It has become a trend to build a network of personnel files and information services. In this paper, by analyzing the existing problems in the personnel file management work, put forward corresponding suggestions for the construction of the personnel file information service network.
