目的:探讨酸柏栀油软胶囊抗氧化作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、高、中、低酸柏栀软胶囊组和辛伐他汀组。对照组正常饮食,其他组高脂饮食,4周后,眼眶采血全自动生化分析仪测定血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CH)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。高脂血症大鼠模型建立后,对照组不做处理,其他组均在每天上午9:00按1ml/100g剂量灌胃:模型对照组给予生理盐水,阳性对照组给予辛伐他汀(0.3mg/100g),高剂量组给予酸柏栀油软胶囊(0.45g/100g),中剂量组给予酸柏栀油软胶囊(0.18g/100g),低剂量组给予酸柏栀油软胶囊(0.072g/100g)。5周后,水合氯醛腹腔麻醉,腹主动脉采血测定血浆中TG、CH、HDL、LDL及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)水平。结果:高脂饮食4周后,高脂饮食大鼠血浆CH、HDL、LDL水平高于对照组,TG水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预5周后,酸柏栀油软胶囊均可降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、升高血清T-SOD(P<0.01);高剂量组降低LDL-C和TG水平(P<0.05)。结论:酸柏栀油软胶囊具有降低高脂血症大鼠血脂和升高高脂血症大鼠血清总超氧化物歧化酶作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-oxidation effect of siberian oil and ointment. Methods: Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, high, medium and low acid Bai Zhi soft capsule group and simvastatin group. The rats in the control group were given normal diet and the other groups were given high-fat diet. After 4 weeks, the orbital blood samples were collected for determination of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (CH), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) level. After the model of hyperlipidemia rats was established, the control group was not treated, the other groups were given gavage at the dose of 1ml / 100g every day at 9:00 am: the model control group was given physiological saline, the positive control group was given simvastatin (0.3mg / 100g). The high dosage group was given siberian oil soft capsule (0.45g / 100g), the middle dosage group was soporogon oil soft capsule (0.18g / 100g), and the low dosage group was soporoca oil soft capsule g / 100g). After 5 weeks, the levels of TG, CH, HDL, LDL and total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) were measured by intraperitoneal anesthesia with chloral hydrate and blood sampling in abdominal aorta. Results: After 4 weeks of high fat diet, the levels of plasma CH, HDL and LDL in rats fed with high fat diet were higher than those in control group, and the levels of TG were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). After intervention for 5 weeks, siberian oil capsules could reduce serum TC and serum T-SOD in hyperlipidemic rats (P <0.01); high dose group decreased LDL-C and TG levels (P <0.05) . CONCLUSION: Siberpadone oil capsules can reduce serum total lipids and serum total superoxide dismutase in hyperlipidemic rats.
