磨曲轴过程中常出现以下三个问题:1.曲轴主轴颈的径向跳动超出允差范围。2.曲轴各轴颈的不圆度超出允差范围。3.各轴颈光洁度不好,有直形波纹。下面谈谈这三个问题的形成原因和解决的方法。主轴颈径向跳动超差的原因及解决办法曲轴主轴颈的径向跳动由两部分组成,即轴颈的不圆度和轴颈对于回转中心线的不同心度。我们要谈的是轴颈对回转中心线的不同心度。
