为了解镉和维生素D(V_D)对动物作用的相互关系,特别是了解在中止镉作用后,投与V_D的效果,作者把喂饲低镉膳的Wistar系雌性大鼠50只分成四组:Ⅰ组20只,饲料中添加镉(100ppm)和V_D;Ⅱ组10只,饲料中添加镉(100ppm);Ⅲ组10只,饲料中只添加V_D,Ⅳ组10只,喂基础饲料。试验期共246天,期终杀死大鼠,测定血清钙、无机磷,骨骼含钙、磷量,肝、肾、骨的重量。结果如下: 平均体重Ⅲ组最高,依次为Ⅳ组、Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组最低。饲养150天后,大鼠死亡开始增加:Ⅱ组9只(最后结果未包括此组),Ⅰ、Ⅳ组各3
To understand the interaction of cadmium and vitamin D (V_D) with animals, and in particular to understand the effects of V_D administration after the cessation of cadmium exposure, we divided the Wistar female rats fed low cadmium diet into four groups: (N = 10).
