教学不但是知识的传授过程,而且是师生感情和思维交流的过程,聋生渴望交流,但又相对封闭;渴望理解,却又很少与人沟通。而现阶段聋校师生关系的状况难以令人满意,师生之间情感冷漠、缺乏沟通的现象比比皆是。随着新时代的到来,面对众多90后的学生,以往的师生关系已不再适应现代教学的需求,和谐、融洽的师生关系才是现代学生呼唤的新型师生关系,教师应树立师生平等的观念,而不是“唯我独尊”。分析了聋校教学中师生关系的现状,对聋校新型师生关系进行了探讨。
