At the 1993 Venice Biennale, photographers Hilla and Bernd Becher were purposely awarded a sculpture award. At first glance it might seem sensible that even an inspirational choice poses many problems - in particular, the choice is based on a regression of the concept of the jury that merely views photography as An expression medium, a tool to describe objective things and display skills. It does not take into account the artist’s real command of the photograph within his purview. A variety of artistic strategies and theoretical applications, such as sequence, series, montage, etc., will be the viewer’s attention from the lens
