目前在机床中的液压、静压、润滑系统采用独立液压箱的越来越多了。一般来说,由于结构关系,液压箱的液面比机床集液器的液面高。而机床液压系统中的渗漏油液,静压及润滑系统中逸出油液等无法流回液压箱内。为了解决这一矛盾,一般是把液压箱做得大而矮,使液压箱液面和机床集液器液面等高,中间用大口径管子连起来。我们感到这样的液压箱占地面积大,不美观,散热情况不好。为此我们研制了YZP系列液面自动平衡器。图1是YZP
Currently in the machine tool hydraulic, static pressure, lubrication system uses more and more independent hydraulic box. In general, due to the structural relationship, the liquid level in the hydraulic tank is higher than the level in the machine tool sump. Leakage fluid in the hydraulic system of the machine tool, static pressure and oil escaped from the lubricating system can not flow back to the hydraulic tank. In order to solve this contradiction, the hydraulic tank is generally made large and short, so that the surface of the hydraulic tank and the liquid level of the liquid collector is high, with large diameter pipes in the middle.
