本文介绍一种微机控制多点压力自动测试和数据处理系统,着重分析管腔效应对数据采集的影响和实时校准问题。三向移位机构和扫描阀是进行多点压力测试的理想装置。计算机在测试领域中的应用,使这两种测试手段实现了自动化和数字化。本文介绍应用于南京航空学院叶栅风洞的微机控制三向移位和扫描阀测压系统。该系统可进行流场压力分布和气流方向的自动测试和数据处理。应用效果表明,不仅减少了噪音危害,缩短了试验时间,节约了人力和能源,而且提高了测量精度。
This article introduces a computer-controlled multi-point pressure automatic test and data processing system, focusing on the analysis of the lumen effect on data acquisition and real-time calibration problems. Three-way displacement mechanism and scanning valve is ideal for multi-point pressure test. The use of computers in the test field has automated and digitized both of these test methods. This article describes the computer-controlled three-way displacement and scanning valve pressure measurement system used in the cascade wind tunnel at Nanjing Aeronautical Institute. The system is capable of automated testing and data processing of flow field pressure distribution and airflow direction. Application results show that not only reduce the noise hazards, shorten the test time, saving manpower and energy, but also improve the measurement accuracy.
