应用激光多普勒血流仪监测吸烟鼠后肢周围神经电刺激后腰髓血流的动态变化。结果表明,吸烟鼠神经电刺激后,腰髓血流的动力学变化特点与非吸烟鼠相同;腰髓血流的增加幅度明显低于非吸烟鼠的刺激结果。在神经电刺激1min、5min和15min时,吸烟鼠(n=14)腰髓血灌流量比刺激前的基线值分别增加了10.33%、13.55%和18.11%;而非吸烟鼠(n=14)却分别增加了19.97%、28.73和38.31%。血流速度的增加,在吸烟鼠分别为15.83%、23.82%和35.69%,而在非吸烟鼠则为27.25%、35.42%和45.38%。本文对这种差异存在的可能机理作了推测性探讨。
Dynamic changes of lumbar cord blood flow after smoking on peripheral nerve of hindlimb with laser Doppler flowmeter. The results showed that the dynamic characteristics of lumbar cord blood flow were the same as those of non-smoking rats after electrical stimulation of smoking rats; the increase of lumbar blood flow was significantly lower than that of non-smoking rats. At 1 min, 5 min and 15 min after electrical nerve stimulation, the lumbar cord blood perfusion of smoking rats (n = 14) increased by 10.33%, 13.55% and 18.11% respectively compared with baseline values before stimulation; while non-smoking Rats (n = 14) increased by 19.97%, 28.73 and 38.31% respectively. The increase in blood flow velocity was 15.83%, 23.82% and 35.69% respectively in smokers and 27.25%, 35.42% and 45.38% in non-smokers. This article makes a speculative discussion on the possible mechanism of such differences.
