Cadherin(钙粘蛋白)是一类细胞粘附分子,在细胞粘附及分化,尤其是早期的分化,起着非常重要的作用。由于只有在有Ca2+存在时才有作用,由此得名。目前已知有40多种不同的Cadherin,主要的Cadherin有E—Cadherin(上皮钙粘蛋白)、P-Cadherin(胎盘钙粘蛋白)和N-Cadherin(神经钙粘蛋白)等。本文就E—cadherin在肿瘤组织中的表达等方面作一综述如下:1 E—cadherin的结构及功能 E-Cadherin分子量为124KD,单链I型跨膜糖蛋白,广泛存在于上皮组织中,同其他Cadherin(钙粘蛋白)相类似,
