[目的]评价可乐定透皮贴剂(C-TTS)的降压疗效。[方法]在社区中选取1320例1、2级原发性高血压患者,给C-TTS1贴,贴于左胸上部,每7d更换1次。在治疗期间,954例使用1贴,132例加用至2贴,共观察坐位血压3个月。[结果]954例患者仅用1贴C-TTS血压就降至目标血压,132例患者使用2贴血压得到有效控制,总有效率为82.3%。治疗后平均血压明显降低(P﹤0.05),患者使用C-TTS方便性的满意度和对治疗的依从性为94.1%。[结论]C-TTS能持续有效降低24h血压,治疗依从性好,副作用少。 [Objective] To evaluate the antihypertensive effects of clonidine transdermal patch (C-TTS). [Methods] A total of 1320 primary and secondary essential hypertension patients were selected from the community. The C-TTS1 patch was affixed to the upper part of the left chest and replaced every 7 days. During the treatment period, 954 cases were treated with 1 patch and 132 cases were applied with 2 stickers. The blood pressure of the sitting position was observed for 3 months. [Results] The 954 patients dropped to the target blood pressure with only 1 C-TTS blood pressure. 132 patients were effectively controlled with 2 blood pressure, the total effective rate was 82.3%. Mean blood pressure was significantly lower after treatment (P <0.05), satisfaction with C-TTS convenience and compliance with treatment were 94.1%. [Conclusion] C-TTS can effectively and effectively reduce the blood pressure of 24h, with good compliance and few side effects.
