沥青路面双层一体摊铺技术研究是将两层沥青层一次摊铺完成的新型施工技术,与传统的单层铺筑相比,双层一体摊铺技术可有效改善层间结合状况、减少摊铺过程中的沥青温度散失,节省施工时间,减薄上面层厚度,节约公路建设费用。为了研究双层摊铺层间粘结性能以及热量散失规律,本文进行了沥青混合料双层一体摊铺室内剪切试验及温度散失试验,研究结果表明:双层摊铺抗剪强度与传统施工方式相比提高了57.4%,有效碾压时间可以延长至30~90min。研究结论对双层一体摊铺技术的推广应用具有指导意义。
