As a special social public service product, medical care has become a hot spot all over the world. From the current development perspective, both the United States, the superpower, the established capitalist countries of Great Britain and Canada, and emerging China are still not a good solution to this problem on the whole. Therefore, in the 21st century, all countries regard the reform of the healthcare system as a major event. The Obama administration in the United States regards the U.S. medical reform as the top priority. “The new medical reform” is also the focus of the current Chinese government. During the year, an additional 860 billion yuan will be invested to reform China’s healthcare system. Companies throughout China’s HIT industry are excited about the business opportunities brought about by the “new medical reform,” which seems plausible given the recent industry trend of more than a year. From the published data, we can see that most of the mainstream enterprises have 30% -50% growth in their business volume. However, from the project analysis of HIT in recent years, the difference with our expectation is that there is no essential change in the core HIT business model. This point should be very confusing because there is no real change in the development of HITs as a business support system in a changing era and we have reason to doubt whether the HIT industry is sustainable.
