刨床与磨床使用液压传动,既成熟,又广泛。特别是磨床,工作台的往复运动几乎全部淘汰了机械传动。液压刨床以B690使用最为广泛;磨床则以M131W使用较为典型。这两种机床,均以液压操纵箱(几个阀的集合体)为其心脏,这个操纵箱性能的优劣,直接影响机床的性能指标。另外这两种机床的换向动作比较复杂,所以一般都以结构原理表示其液压传动系统。下面分别介绍。
