现有的职业教育质量评价体系对于改善办学条件等具有重要作用,但也存在缺陷与误区。原因在于没有从根本上理清职业教育质量评价体系构建的内在逻辑,实质上,学生学习过程规律、职业对职业教育的规制是职业教育质量评价体系构建的内在逻辑。因此,探索职业教育学生学习过程规律、构建以行业协会为主导的多主体互动的职业教育质量评价机制是职业教育质量评价体系构建内在逻辑实现的路径选择。
The existing quality evaluation system of vocational education plays an important role in improving school conditions, but there are also flaws and misunderstandings. The reason is that the internal logic of the construction of vocational education quality evaluation system is not fundamentally clarified. In essence, the law of student learning process and the regulation of vocational education on vocational education are the inherent logic of the construction of vocational education quality evaluation system. Therefore, to explore the rules of vocational education students’ learning process and to construct a multi-agent interactive evaluation system of vocational education led by industry associations is the choice of path to construct the internal logic of vocational education quality evaluation system.
