目的 前瞻性探讨血清或人血清白蛋白、体外培养 2d或体外培养 3d对治疗结局的影响及其交互作用。方法 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 5月云南省第一人民医院对 116个体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)治疗周期进行两因子两水平方差分析。结果 采用人血清白蛋白体外培养 3d组胚胎质量及临床妊娠率 (5 4 2 % )显著高于其他培养系统组 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,活产率 (33 3% )也明显增高 (P >0 0 5 )。人血清白蛋白的单因子分析中 ,人血清白蛋白的胚胎质量、临床妊娠率 (44 2 % )显著高于血清组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,人血清白蛋白组活产率虽高于血清组 ,但差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;体外培养时间的单因子分析中 ,体外培养 3d组临床妊娠率、活产率虽高于体外培养 2d组 ,但差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 改善培养系统成分组成 ,延长培养时间可更有利于改善胚胎质量 ,提高妊娠率及活产率。
Objective To prospectively investigate the effect of serum or human serum albumin on the therapeutic outcome in vitro or in vitro for 3 days and its interaction. Methods From January 2000 to May 2001, Yunnan First People’s Hospital conducted a two-factor two-way ANOVA analysis of 116 in vitro fertilization embryo transfer (IVF ET) cycles. Results The embryo quality and clinical pregnancy rate (442%) in vitro cultured with human serum albumin were significantly higher than those in other culture systems (P <0.05), and the live birth rate (33.3% ) Was also significantly higher (P> 0.05). Human serum albumin single factor analysis of human serum albumin embryo quality, clinical pregnancy rate (44 2%) was significantly higher than the serum group (P lt; 0 05), human serum albumin group was higher than the live birth rate Serum group, but no significant difference (P> 0.05); in vitro culture time of single factor analysis, in vitro 3d clinical clinical pregnancy rate, the live birth rate was higher than in vitro 2d group, but no significant difference Significance (P> 0 0 5). Conclusion Improving the composition of the culture system and prolonging the culture time can be more helpful to improve the embryo quality, increase the pregnancy rate and the live birth rate.
