９月上旬，全国总工会举办了全国工会财会高级培训班。省市工会的财务部长和部分主管财务工作的主席或副主席参加培训。培训班邀请国家计委、财政部等８个部门的有关负责同志，就国家的政治经济形势及为适应市场经济发展制定的宏观经济政策等问题授课。目的是为了工会财务干部
In early September, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions held a series of senior training courses for trade unions throughout the country. Finance ministers of provincial and municipal trade unions and some presidents or vice presidents of financial affairs attended the training. The training class invited responsible comrades from 8 departments including the State Development Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance to give lectures on such issues as the political and economic situation in the country and the macroeconomic policies formulated to meet the needs of the market economy. The purpose is to trade union financial cadres
