结合新疆伊犁团结水电站水轮机的增客改造,应用S2流面的反问题计算和准三元有旋流动的流动计算与边界层分析相结合的方法,重新设计了转轮。实际运行表明,新转轮在18.02m水头下,机组出力达1250kw,较电站其它机组容量增加20%多,且在较宽广的水头范围和负荷范围,机组运行平稳,振动小。机组满负荷运行近9000h,未见磨蚀痕迹。实践证明,该转轮的改型设计是成功的,为其它电站的改造创造了有益的经验。
Combined with the additional passenger flow transformation of the turbine of Tuanjie Hydropower Station in Ili, Xinjiang, the runner was redesigned by the inverse problem calculation of S2 flow surface and the quasi-ternary swirling flow calculation and boundary layer analysis. The actual operation shows that the new runner at 18.02m head, the unit output of 1250kw, compared with other power plant capacity increased by more than 20%, and in a wider head range and load range, the unit running smoothly, small vibration. The unit is running at full load for nearly 9000h with no signs of abrasion. Practice has proved that the modified design of the runner is successful, which has created useful experiences for the reconstruction of other power stations.
