在硼-二吡咯亚甲基(BOIDPY)的β-β(2/6)位偶联得到一种新型的红光二聚体BODIPY荧光探针1,该探针可以发生高效的能量转移,假-斯托克斯位移可以达到222 nm。探针1能够专一性地识别三价铁离子,不受其它常见金属离子的干扰,可以作为检测三价铁离子的高选择性的探针。
Coupling of the β-β (2/6) position of boron-dipyrromethene (BOIDPY) results in a novel red-dimer BODIPY fluorescent probe 1 that can efficiently transfer energy and leave - Stokes shift can reach 222 nm. Probe 1 can specifically identify ferric ions without interference from other common metal ions and can be used as a highly selective probe to detect ferric ions.
