建立离子交换柱色谱法分离测定复混肥料中聚合态磷的方法。用0.5 mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液调节肥料溶液pH为7~8,在超声波清洗器内溶解肥料10 min;选用氯化钾作为淋洗液,流量控制在5.0~5.5 m L/min,先用0.15 mol/L的氯化钾溶液洗脱出正磷酸盐,再用0.75 mol/L的氯化钾溶液和2 mol/L的盐酸洗脱聚合态磷酸盐;根据需要选择磷钼酸喹啉重量法或钼锑抗分光光度法对聚合态磷酸盐进行测定。实验结果表明,该方法操作简单,准确度高,重现性好。
A Method for Separation and Determination of Polymeric Phosphorus in Compound Fertilizer by Ion Exchange Column Chromatography.
