目的:探讨建立儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)医教结合干预模式。方法:选取目标学校作为干预组同时设立对照组,对干预组学校教师进行定期培训,并对ADHD学生及家长开展药物治疗、行为训练、感觉统合训练、体育运动等方面的综合指导与干预;对照组仅做门诊常规治疗及随访。结果:通过为期1年的综合干预,干预组ADHD学生的症状表现有明显改善,83%家长对总体治疗情况满意,在干预学校教师对ADHD疾病的认识有明显提高;对照组ADHD学生的症状表现未见明显改变。结论:医教结合使ADHD疾病诊断更加完善,对ADHD学生治疗更具效果,让医、教、家多方受益。
Objective: To explore the establishment of medical intervention in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: The target school was chosen as the intervention group and the control group was set up at the same time. The school teachers in the intervention group were regularly trained and the ADHD students and parents were comprehensively instructed and intervened in the aspects of drug treatment, behavior training, sensory integration training and physical exercise. Group only routine outpatient treatment and follow-up. Results: Through a one-year comprehensive intervention, the symptoms of ADHD students in the intervention group were significantly improved, 83% of the parents were satisfied with the overall treatment situation, and the awareness of ADHD disease in the intervention school teachers was significantly improved. The symptoms of ADHD students in the control group No significant change. Conclusion: The combination of medical education and the diagnosis of ADHD disease more perfect, the treatment of ADHD students more effective, so that medical, teaching, multi-family benefit.
