粗直径钢筋连接技术 一、主要技术内容 1.电渣压力焊技术。电渣压力焊属于熔化压力焊范畴,适用于Φ14～40mm的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级竖向钢筋连接,但Φ28mm以上钢筋的焊接技术难度较大。该技术已在二十多个省市推广应用。最近试制成功的全自动电渣压力焊机,可排除人为因素干扰,使钢筋的焊接质量更有保障,应优先予以采用。电渣压力焊不适用于水平钢筋或倾斜钢筋(斜度大于4:1)
