Using the QTM 720 imager to measure the area percentage of the black grains of the metallographic sample etched by the FeCl 3 solution, we can easily infer the favorable texture of the low carbon deep drawn steel sheet. Using this method, the favorable texturing degree of low-carbon deep-drawn steel plate after different annealing with different cold rolling deformations was studied and the best treatment process was obtained.
