目的掌握2012年惠州市介入放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平,提出相应的管理措施。方法选择该地区4家医院的193名放射工作人员进行外照射个人剂量监测,按标准方法估算年有效剂量。结果放射工作人员在“<1 mSv”、“1~1.99 mSv”、“2~2.99 mSv”、“>3 mSv”剂量组的人员分布依次为77.2%、7.3%、8.8%、6.7%,介入临床医生的年有效剂量均值为(1.89±1.26)mSv,介入临床医生、普通放射技师、介入护理人员及技师年有效剂量差别有统计学意义(H=104.951,P<0.001)。结论年有效剂量均值的大小关系为介入临床医生组>介入护理人员及技师组>普通放射技师组,介入临床医生的外照射个人剂量监测工作需进一步规范,同时可采取多种措施来控制其年有效剂量水平。
Objective To grasp the personal dose level of external radiation for interventional radiation workers in Huizhou City in 2012 and put forward the corresponding management measures. Methods Ninety-three radiation workers in four hospitals in the area were selected for personal monitoring of external exposure and the annual effective dose was estimated according to standard methods. Results The distribution of radiographers was 77.2% and 7.3% in the groups of “1 mSv”, “1 ~ 1.99 mSv”, “2 ~ 2.99 mSv”, and “3 mSv” , 8.8% and 6.7%, respectively. The mean annual effective dose of interventional clinicians was (1.89 ± 1.26) mSv, and the effective dose of interventional clinicians, general radiographers, interventional nurses and technicians was statistically significant (H = 104.951, P <0.001). Conclusion The relationship between the mean annual effective dose and the interventional clinicians intervention group and the technician group is more than that of the general radiology technician group. The personal dose monitoring of external beam exposure to clinicians needs to be further regulated and various measures can be taken to control the years Effective dose level.
