安达汽车服务公司是经武汉市人民政府批准设立的“国家所有、集体经营、独立核算、自负盈亏”,并执行集体所有制财务制度的企业,拥有国外进口的各种型号营运汽车140辆,职工363人。该公司于去年九月份向市国有资产管理局申请对其资产进行评估和确认。经市资产评估事务所(筹)受托进行具体评估结果:企业资产为1685.92万元,比原报帐面数980.49万元增加705.43万元,增值率为71.95％。企业对评估工作感到满意,主管部门和经济杠杆部门认为合理可行。我们对在这次评估工作过程中有以下体会。
AnDa Auto Service Company is an enterprise approved by the Wuhan Municipal People’s Government to set up a state-owned, collectively-run and independent accounting system for its own account. It also implements the financial system of collective ownership and owns 140 vehicles of various types imported from abroad and 363 people. In September last year, the company applied to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council for assessment and confirmation of its assets. The City Assets Appraisal Firm (chip) entrusted to conduct a specific assessment results: corporate assets of 16.8592 million yuan, an increase of 7.0544 million yuan over the original reported book amount of 9.4949 million yuan, the value-added rate of 71.95%. The enterprises are satisfied with the assessment work, and the competent departments and the economic lever departments think it is reasonable and feasible. We have the following experience in this evaluation process.
