寒冷地区特别是极寒地区循环水站冬季运行时结冰现象非常严重,给生产和管理带来诸多影响,因此进行防结冰技术改造具有深远的意义。以宁夏PVA项目一期工程循环水站为例,对循环水站结冰的具体情况和成因进行分析和研究,并提出设置导流装置、增加淋水填料密度、设置挡雾板和设置热水洒水管等防结冰技术措施。结果表明,这些措施能较好地解决冷却塔及循环水池的结冰问题,从而提高塔内进风量及减少电耗,提高了循环水站的使用寿命。
The freezing phenomenon of the circulating water station in cold areas, especially in arctic winter, is very serious during winter operation, which brings a lot of impacts on production and management. Therefore, it is of far-reaching significance to carry out anti-icing technological transformation. Taking the circulating water station of the first phase project of Ningxia PVA project as an example, the specific conditions and causes of the icing in the circulating water station are analyzed and researched. The diversion device is set up to increase the density of the water-pouring filler, to install the aerosol plate and to set the hot water Sprinklers and other anti icing technical measures. The results show that these measures can solve the icing problem of cooling towers and recirculating basins well, so as to improve the air intake in the tower and reduce the power consumption, and improve the service life of recirculating water stations.
