通过对中文专业免费师范生的教师素养进行评价得出,中文专业免费师范生自我评价与指导教师评价之间存在着显著差异,免费师范生自我评价的成绩明显高于指导教师评价的成绩;不同性别免费师范生自我评价之间的差异不显著;不同学段免费师范生教学素养自我评价差异不显著;不同类型学校实习的免费师范生在素质基础、支持性素养和基本技能方面没有显著性差异,在素养基础、教学技能和教研技能方面存在显著差异。中文专业免费师范生培养要客观看待他们的自我评价结果,注重实习学校类别对他们教学素养自我评价的影响。
Through the evaluation of teachers’ qualities of free majors in Chinese majors, it is found that there is a significant difference between the self-evaluation of free majors in Chinese majors and the evaluation of instructors. The scores of self-evaluation of free majors are obviously higher than those of instructors. There was no significant difference between the self-evaluation of the gender free normal college students; the self-evaluation of the teaching normalization of the free normal students in different periods was insignificant; there was no significant difference in the quality basic, supportive literacy and basic skills of the free normal students in different types of school internships , There are significant differences in literacy, teaching skills and teaching and research skills. Chinese students majoring in free education should objectively evaluate their self-evaluation results and pay attention to the influence of internship school types on their self-evaluation of teaching accomplishments.
