从理论上推导出熔覆层参数与激光熔覆工艺参数间的关系式。论述了关于激光热有效利用率β、稀释率η的实验检测方法,并在给定激光功率P、扫描速度V、光斑直径d下,通过调整送粉率Vf获得不同厚度的熔覆层,实际检测与计算理论值进行比较,两者吻合得很好。为分析问题方便,提出了能够反映熔覆层界面真实状况的真实稀释率η的概念。
The relationship between cladding parameters and laser cladding parameters is derived theoretically. In this paper, the experimental method of laser heat utilization rate β and dilution rate η was discussed. At different laser power P, scanning velocity V and spot diameter d, the cladding layer with different thickness was obtained by adjusting the powder feeding rate Vf. Comparison between the theoretical value of detection and calculation shows a good agreement. In order to analyze the problem conveniently, the concept of true dilution rate η, which can reflect the real situation of cladding interface, is proposed.
