采用加压差示扫描(PDSC)程序升温法和恒温法对在用汽油机油的氧化安定性进行了研究。试验结果表明随着行车里程数的增加,在用油的氧化起始温度和氧化峰值不断降低,氧化诱导期时间不断缩短,因此PDSC程序升温法和恒温法均可用于在用汽油机油的氧化安定性评价,但是程序升温法与恒温法相比,具有测试条件选择简单的优势,所以在对在用汽油机油的氧化安定性进行评价时推荐使用程序升温法。
Oxidative stability of the gasoline engine oil was studied by differential pressure differential scanning (PDSC) temperature-programmed and constant temperature methods. The experimental results show that with the increase of driving mileage, the initial oxidation temperature and oxidation peak of the oil are continuously reduced and the oxidation induction period is continuously shortened. Therefore, the PDSC temperature-programmed method and the constant temperature method can both be used in oxidation stability of gasoline engine oil However, the temperature programmed method has the advantage of simple selection of test conditions as compared with the constant temperature method. Therefore, the temperature programmed method is recommended when evaluating the oxidative stability of gasoline engine oils.
