作用:本品每片含量为10毫克,为新型的β一型抗肾上腺素药,能拮抗儿茶酚胺类对心血管系统的作用,减慢心率、心收缩力与房屋传导功能减弱,心返血量减低,减少心肌的氧耗量。用途:口服:(1)治疗各种心率不齐,每日10～30毫克,分3～4次服用;(2)嗜铬细胞瘤,手术前3日服用,每日60毫克,分为3次用;(3)用于长期治疗,每日10～20毫克,每日3次服用;(4)用于心绞痛,每日20～40毫克,分3～4次服用。
