压缩试验是目前评价金属间化合物等脆性材料塑性的常用方法。本文提出了一种简易可行的校正方法,从试验得到的载荷-夹头位移曲线中减去加载系统的变形,可以得到试样断裂时真实的塑性应变值。几个成功的例子证明了方法的可靠性。
Compression test is currently used to evaluate the plasticity of intermetallics and other brittle materials commonly used methods. In this paper, a simple and feasible method of calibration is proposed. By subtracting the deformation of the loading system from the load-chuck displacement curve obtained in the experiment, the true plastic strain value at the fracture of the specimen can be obtained. Several successful examples demonstrate the reliability of the method.
