离岗退养职工是企业重组改制过程中形成的一个特殊群体,由于实行按工龄、年限“一刀切”政策,在职工的心理上留下了一定的阴影。随着社会生活的急剧变化,物价猛涨,离岗退养职工的日常生活压力逐渐增大,导致各种心理障碍和精神疾病随之增加,成为潜在的不稳定因素。所以,通过心理疏导,做好离岗退养职工思想政治工作,促进缓解心理压力、疏导保障员工身心健康、实现职工队伍和谐稳定起着不可替代的作用。
Staffing and retiring from posts is a special group formed during the process of reorganization and restructuring of enterprises. Due to the implementation of the policy of “length of service” and “one size fits all” policy, employees left a certain psychological shadow. With the drastic changes in social life, prices have skyrocketed and the daily life pressure of retreating workers has gradually increased. As a result, mental disorders and mental illnesses have increased and become potential instability factors. Therefore, through psychological counseling, it is an irreplaceable role in ideological and political work of retiring staff and workers from post and in posts, promoting the alleviation of psychological pressure, and guiding and safeguarding the physical and mental health of employees and realizing the harmonious and stable workforce.
