Objective To evaluate the renal tubular function and early injury in patients with acute renal failure by detecting a variety of trace proteins in urine. Methods Gamma ray detector was used to detect by radioimmunology. Urinary β2-MG in 50 cases of patients with acute renal failure were tested for urinary α1-MG content and cystatin C by the urine test instrument provided by Beckman Company in the United States. At the same time, The test results were analyzed. Results Urinary β2-MG, α1-MG and Cys-tatinC in patients with tubular injury were significantly higher than normal values. Conclusion The detection of urinary β2-MG, α1-MG and CystatinC levels in the evaluation of renal tubular function has important clinical significance, is the clinical diagnosis of acute tubular injury in particular early scientific basis.
