全国公路工程定额站工作会议开了三天,今天就要结束了。我把大家讨论的情况,归纳起来讲几点意见。一、公路定额工作取得了一定的成绩我部为执行新的《公路工程概算定额》、《公路工程预算定额》,加强概预算工作,曾在1983年召开了全国性会议,部署定额及概预算工作。由于各级交通部门领导的重视,各方面的大力支持,尤其是从事定额管理工作的同志不断努力,六年来使定额管理工作有了较大进展。 1.定额管理机构从无到有不断扩大为加强公路建设定额及概预算的管理,1984年部首先成立了公路工程定额站,之后一些省、自治区、直辖市交通厅(局)也相继成立了本省(区、市)的公路工程定额站,到目前
