本文研究黑钙土、暗棕壤和红壤性水稻土剖面不同粒级中的氨基酸组成。结果表明,水解液中氨基酸花含量均以粘住为最高,其次为粉粒.而砂粒中虽低。各粒级中的氨基酸含量均随粒径增大而降低。它们有相似的氨基酸组成。组成中均以甘氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸等的相对含剖较高。剖面各粒级中的酸性、碱性和中性氨基酸分别变动在190-280%、62-104%和629-723%。剖面粒级中个别氨基酸,如卜一氨基酸的相对含且一致地由表面向底层增高,含桥氨基酸有类似的变化趋势,这是否与底层生物活性较弱有关,需进一步研究。
In this paper, the amino acid composition of different grain fractions of Chernozem, dark brown soil and red paddy soil profiles were studied. The results showed that the content of amino acid in the hydrolyzate was the highest, followed by the powder. The sand is low though. The amino acid content in each particle size decreased with increasing particle size. They have similar amino acid composition. The composition of the glycine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, alanine, leucine and isoleucine relative content profile is higher. The acidic, basic and neutral amino acids in the grain fractions varied from 190-280%, 62-104% and 629-723%, respectively. Individual amino acids in the grain size fraction, such as Bu-amino acid relative and consistent increase from the surface to the bottom, including bridge amino acids have a similar trend, whether the underlying biological activity is weak, further research is needed.
