随着社会经济的快速发展,人民生活水平也取得了很大的提升,从而对建筑工程的质量也有了更高的要求。对于一项建筑工程来说,地基是其最为基础的工程,是整个建筑物的支撑部位,所以地基基础工程质量的好坏直接决定着整个建筑物的坚固性和稳定性。坚实的地基基础具有更好的承载性能,同时还可以使得整个建筑物在地震当中具有更好的抗震性,从而更好地确保了人民的生命财产安全。鉴于此,本文先分析了建筑工程地基基础施工的基本特性,并进一步阐述了建筑施工工程中常用的地基处理技术。
With the rapid socio-economic development, people’s living standards have also been greatly improved, and the quality of construction projects has also been higher. For a construction project, the foundation is the most basic project and is the supporting part of the whole building. Therefore, the quality of foundation engineering directly determines the stability and stability of the whole building. Solid foundation foundation has better bearing capacity, but also can make the whole building more earthquake-resistant during the earthquake, so as to better ensure people’s lives and property safety. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the basic characteristics of foundation construction of the foundation of construction projects and further elaborates the commonly used foundation treatment techniques in the construction of buildings.
