目的探讨中等强度运动对肥胖型T2DM的干预效果。方法将53例体质指数(BMI>25kg/m2)T2DM分两组,干预组接受中等强度运动,对照组自行运动,6个月后观察空腹血糖(FPG)和胰岛素水平(FINS)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等指标。结果干预组FPG和FINS、HO-MA-IR、胆固醇、BMI优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),HbA1C、LDL-c优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中等强度运动干预可改善肥胖型T2DM糖脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of moderate-intensity exercise on obese T2DM. Methods Fifty-three T2DM patients with BMI> 25kg / m2 were divided into two groups. The intervention group received moderate-intensity exercise and the control group exercised on their own. After 6 months, the fasting blood glucose (FPG) and insulin levels Blood glucose (2hPG), HbA1C, HOMA-IR and other indicators. Results The levels of FPG, FINS, HO-MA-IR, cholesterol and BMI in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). HbA1C and LDL-c were superior to the control group 0.05). Conclusion Moderate-intensity exercise intervention can improve glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in obese T2DM.
